    How do I place an order for the first time?

    The process of placing an order is first timer-friendly. First, sign up for a free account. Second, login to your account. Third, go to Place Order page. Fourth, fill in the place order form. Fifth, submit.

    Are there any payment terms?

    Yes. We will not ask for upfront payment. You will just pay us after you received the processed images provided that you are 100% satisfied with the quality of the images.

    How do you guarantee low cost service?

    We operate in Dhaka, Bangladesh, taking advantage of the geography since it is a low-labor cost region. We have an in-house team of highly skilled DTP professionals to render the image processing services. Our experts strive to maintain top quality outputs.

    How do you ensure 100% accuracy in the image processing work?

    First, our DTP professionals are highly skilled and well-experienced. Second, we have team leaders who monitor the works of our DTP professionals to ensure that they are following the instructions of the clients. Third, the processed images undergo a three-tier quality check before the images are delivered to the client. From the team leader, it will be transferred to the quality controllers to check the processed images individually. After undergoing quality control, it will be transferred to the DTP-in-charge for final checking before the client may download the images.

    How can I pay for the service rendered?

    After accepting the quotation, we will create an invoice which will be sent through email. The sent invoice contains all the necessary details such as the payment link (‘Click here to pay this invoice’). Click on the link. You will be redirected to PayPal’s website. You can pay using your PayPal balance or your credit/debit card. Alternatively, you may login to your account. Go to the invoice section containing all the due and paid invoices. Click on the unpaid invoice that you wish to pay and follow the prompt of paying.

    How can I pay you?

    You may pay through PayPal. You may also use MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Solo or Direct Debit. We also have a UK bank account where you can send your payment to. If you are from UK, you may send a cheque to our UK office.

    Can I pay on a weekly or monthly basis?

    Yes, you can. We have regular customers who are paying us weekly and monthly for the image processing services we rendered. When you place an order, we will add a new item in your invoice section containing all the necessary details such as date, batch number, quantity, description and price. Through this, you will know the exact number of images processed that you have to pay for.

    What Id I’m not 100% satisfied with any processed image(s)?

    We do not expect and you must not assume dissatisfaction to happen. This is because your images are handled by only trained, skilled and experienced DTP professionals. We can only do our best though. If this unfortunate scenario occurs, please let us know by sending an email detailing the problem and the requirement. Our experts will prioritize to redo the images at no additional cost.

    How will I send and receive the images?

    There are different ways to send and receive your images. These are through:

    • Web uploader/downloader: These loaders allow clients to send and receive image files. You may access them by signing in to your account.
    • FTP system: Clients are encouraged to use their own FTP accounts if they need to send a large number of image files. Likewise, regular clients are also encouraged to use the FTP system. If you have an FTP system, you may also use it. Just send us your login details and we will take the files from it.
    • Email: Clients may also send the image(s) through email for 10MB and below image(s).
    • 3rd party options: You may also send your image files through DropBox, YouSentIt, SendThisFile, etc.
    • Other options: For volumes of large image files, you may use the hard drive, CD or DVD

    Do you require a minimum order requirement?

    No, we don’t. You may send any quantity even 1 image file. We will always appreciate your business. On our part, we will attempt at providing you the best and most flexible service possible.

    What is the turnaround time?

    Turnaround time depends on two factors namely volume and complexity. However, we guarantee to deliver jobs in 1 to 24 hours. For instance, we can deliver 500 images with medium complexity within 24 hours. Actually, we can deliver 5, 10, 20 images in 1 to 2 hours and 50 images in 6 to 12 hours.

    What are the business operation hours?

    We have an offshore production office that works 24/7/365.

    Are trial works possible?

    Yes, trial works are possible. We welcome new members to send us 1 to 2 images for trial work to test the quality of our image processing services. We also have samples on our website that you may also check. Our services are risk-free which means that you will only have to pay for the rendered service(s) after checking the quality of the processed image sent to you.

    Is there a maximum file size requirement for uploading?

    No, there isn’t. Our server has unlimited disc space. Your personal account and FTP account are also set to unlimited. This means that you may upload image file(s) of any size. On the other hand, if you will use the uploader in sending the image files, you may send them individually just make sure that the file size is not more than 64MB.

    May I request a quote for any images?

    Definitely! You may use the Request Quote in sending your images and instructions for a quotation. We try to get back to any client in 1 hour with the quote.

    In what image file type can I transfer the images?

    We accept any file type including JPG, TIFF, PSD or EPS. However, to save uploading time, we encouraging our clients of sending image files in JPG although this will still depend on your choice of image file type to upload.

    I what image file type will I receive the images?

    This will depend on your requirement/preference. We can provide your preferred image file type format. If the rendered service is clipping path, we can send the clipped image(s) in JPG format. Nevertheless, if you send us the raw images in TIFF or other formats, we may also send them in the same format unless you instruct us to change it. If the rendered service is image masking, we can send the masked image(s) in PNG format with transparent (white) background or PSD format with a layer mask (2nd layer with transparent background. Just let us know of your image file format requirement and we will oblige happily.

    Will my images be used for commercial purpose?

    No, we will not. Your images will be used for image processing purposes only and not for any other purposes.

    Is the ftp server secure enough?

    Definitely! We create FTP accounts individually which means that every client is given a different username and password. Aside from us, you are the only one who can access your FTP account.

    How can I ensure the security of my images?

    We protect the images of all our clients. Our staff members sign a non-disclosure agreement. This means that no staff may take any image out of the premises of our office. In terms of our servers, systems and equipment, these are protected by firewall for both inbound and outbound security. We are also using the latest anti-virus protection for our computers.

    Will place a white backdrop into my image(s) if specified so?

    Yes and we will do it for free. Just please let us know that you want your image(s) against a white background. We will perform clipping path, change the background to white and deliver the image(s) to you.

    How will I transfer if I’ve hundred to thousands of images?

    We advise you to copy the images into a hard drive, CD or DVD and send it directly to our production office. You may always contact us for further details about this process.
